I thought I was pretty clear in the original email that him tagging me after a break in attempt was, as I put it, "bull(REDACTED)." I told you I gave him the card and emailed you immediately. If someone's broken the rules in order to get me, it seems only logical he should be DQ'd and I should have a second chance.

Apparently I didn't state it clearly enough for you in the first email, but don't tell me that I didn't give you notice / bring it up. That's insulting. I'm already out of the game by someone who broke the rules, and I had my joint (REDACTED) with. Don't tell me its somehow my fault.

I'm honestly sorry this has turned into such a mess for you, I know I wouldn't want to deal with it, but put yourself in my shoes - I didn't get a very fair shake. You could at least admit that after all this.
